3. Reiki Healing: During the session, you will lie down fully clothed on a comfortable massage table. I will gently place my hands on or just above specific areas of your body, channeling healing energy. You may feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of deep relaxation as the energy flows.


4. Crystal Healing: To enhance the Reiki energy, I may place crystals on or around your body. Each crystal has unique properties that can aid in healing:

  • Amethyst: Known for its calming and protective properties.

  • Rose ♡ Quartz: Promotes love, compassion, and emotional healing.

  • Clear Quartz: Amplifies energy and intention, making it a versatile healing stone.

5. Closing and Feedback: After the session, we will take a few moments to discuss your experience and any sensations you felt. This is also a time to ask questions and receive guidance on how to maintain the benefits of the session.


How to Prepare for Your First Reiki Session
